70 g butter 140 g flour 70 g sugar 4 egg yolk |

Carefully melt the butter in a sauce pan. Add the sugar and half of the flour. Remove from heat and add the egg yolk, mix until smooth and add the remaining flour. Wrap in cellophane and let chill for about an hour in the fridge. Make rolls about the size of your little finger and place on a line backing tray. Preheat the oven to about 180C and bake for 10 minutes. You can dip the ends into molten chocolate icing. Thanks to Hans Pürstner |
