  500 g flour
5 egg yolk
200 g sugar
375 g butter
2 - 3 egg yolk to coat the cookies

Recipe:
 
Sift the flour into a mixing bowl. Add sugar and egg yolk and knead in the softened butter. Make a smooth dough and let chill in the fridge for about an hour.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin about a 1/4 of an inch high. Use cookie cutters of any shape to cut out the cookies. Place them on a lined baking tray and use a brush to cover them with egg yolk. Sprinkle hundreds and thousands and place in the preheated oven.


Bake for 15-20 minutes at a 180C.
