Mini nut cakes


Zutaten: Knetteig Mini nut cakes

300g flour
1 tsp backing soda
130g sugar
2 packs Vanilla sugar
2 Eggs
130g margarine
4 El apricot jam

200g butter
200g sugar
2 packs Vanilla sugar
2 tbs water
200g ground hazelnuts
200g chopped hazelnuts

Icing chocolate
Knead a firm dough of all ingredients listed under dough. Place the dough on a lined backing tray and spread over the whole tray with a rolling pin.
Bring butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and water to boil until all the sugar has dissolved in the mixture. Mix with the both kinds of hazlenuts. Spread the mixture over the dough and back for 20-30 minutes at 175°C.

Cut the dough into triangles after it cooled down and dip them in the molten icing chocolate.
