250g icing sugar
250g ground hazelnuts
50 whole hazelnuts
zest of half a lemon

Recipe:
 
Beat the egg whites with the sugar until you have a light custard. Add the lemon zest and the hazelnuts and stirr gentle until firm. Form little balls, decorate each with a hazlenut and place them on a lined backing tray. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
