Cream Cookies


Ingredients: Knead dough Cream Cookies

Rate this recipe
  500g flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
pulp of two vanilla pods
375g butter
200ml cream
decorating sugar
Add to shopping list | View shopping list

Mix everything together except for the decorating sugar and make a firm dough. Wrap the dough in cellophane and let chill over night.
Roll out the dough 0.5 mm, cut cookies with cookie cutters and press them into the decorating sugar. Place the cookies on a lined baking tray and bake for 15 min. at 200C until the cookies get golden brown
