  150g semi-sweet chocolate
150g butter
150g sugar
1 whole egg
150 ground hazelnuts
200g flour
175g icing sugar
2 egg yolks
a little lemon juice
100g chocolate

Recipe:
 
Grate the chocolate. Beat butter, sugar and the egg until light. Knead chocolate, nuts and the flour in the butter mixture until you have a smooth dough. Form 3 rolls of equal length with the dough. Wrap the rolls in cellophane and let chill for an hour in the fridge.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the rolls in 3mm thick slices and put them on a lined baking tray. Bake for 12 min. and let cool on a cooling rack.
