Ingredients: Knead dough Ginger Hearts

  300g flour
1/8 tsp. baking soda
100g sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 egg
200g butter
30g fine chopped candied ginger
Add to shopping list | View shopping list

Blend everything except for the ginger together and let chill for an hour.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out hearts with a cookie cutter. Place them on a lined baking tray and brush on the egg yolk. Sprinkle the chopped ginger on the cookies.
Preheat the oven to 170C and bake the cookies for 15 min.
