250g ground almonds 100g semisweet chocolate shredded 4 egg whites 200g sugar |

Beat the egg white until it forms peaks. Gradually sprinkle the sugar in the egg whites and continue beating for 10 min. Blend the almonds and the chocolate with the firm egg white. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Drop a spoonful of the mixture on a lined baking tray and bake for 15-20 min on the middle rack of the oven. Keep an eye on the cookies. If they get to dark, chocolate cookies tend to have a bitter taste. |
