Christmas Balls

  250g butter
100g sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
300g flour
100g ground almonds
100g shredded coconut

  Make a shortcrust dough with all ingredients. Form little balls, about the size of a walnut and place these balls on a lined baking tray. Preheat the oven to 190C and bake the cookies for 20 min. Sprinkle icing sugar on the balls while still hot.
